Sports Mol Consulting is a consulting firm with a very large experience of organising sport events.
From the bidding process to the final closure, organising the strategic and operational project, we have worked for very important events such as Olympic, World or European Nominations, as well as triathlons, popular races or open water crossings.

He has a Science degree in Physical Activity and Sports (INEFC Barcelona University) and a diploma in Physics, also from Barcelona University.
At first linked to federative sport, he later started working with the Summa Sports group, planning and organising lots of internationally important sport events: Barcelona World Swimming Championships 2003 and 2013, Olympic Bids Madrid 2012, Jaca 2014 and Madrid 2016, Mediterranean Games Almeria 2005, Barcelona World Race 2007, 2010 and 2014, Abuja (Nigeria) Bid for Commonwealth Games 2014, Davis Cup Final Barcelona 2009, Euro league Final Four Barcelona 2011, Handball Wold Championship Spain 2013 etc.
In 2010 he founded Neda el Món, an open water swimming project which he is still running nowadays.
He is a lecturer at the Universities IDEC- Pompeu Fabra, Blanquerna-Ramon Llull, Sant Ignasi-ESADE, Tourism and Hotel Management-UAB and Ciencias Empresariais e Turismo-Universidade de Vigo, where he teaches 5 different Sport Management Masters.

Linked to federative sport and a football professional (he played 12 years in third division). Later he started working planning and organising important international sport events: Barcelona World Swimming Championships 2013, Barcelona World Race 2014, Handball World Championships Spain 2013, FIBA World Cup 2014 etc.
In 2011 he entered the Neda el Món organisation, an open water swimming project), where he is still in charge of the operations, security and rescue of the events.
He taught Physical Education at a secondary school between 2006 and 2009. Between 2010 and 20112 he taught Outdoor Physical Education to intermediate and upper level students of vocational degree. He has a lot of experience training lifeguards for the Lleida Red Cross Organization, where he has been working since 2005.
He has a Science degree in Physical Activity and Sports (INEFC University of Barcelona), and a Master in Sport Centre Management and Direction at the Barcelona School of Management, IDEC, Pompeu Fabra University.
He has worked for important international sport events: 15th FINA World Championship Barcelona 2013, 23th IHF Men’s World Championship Handball Spain 2013. He specializes in Planning and Operation.
He has experience in sport centres management. He is in charge of Technical Direction, Maintenance Coordination, Quality Design etc.
From January 2013 onwards he has been in charge of Neda el Món's Services, an open water swimming project, at national and international level, which organises swims, clinics, stages and trainings).
He has a degree in Biology (Barcelona University) and Maestrado en Organização Esportiva (l’Universidade Estadual de Ponte Grossa, Paraná, Brasil).
Linked to federative sport as a player first and as a manager afterwards, he has worked planning , organising and directing small as well as important sport events, nationals and internationals: Olympic Games Barcelona 1992, World Cup Olympic Shooting Mollet 1994, Barcelona World Swimming championships 2003 and Barcelona 2013, Jogos Mondiais da Naturesa Brasil 1997, Euro regions Dressage 1995 and 1996, National Tennis Master 1995, 1996 and 1997, World Rowing Championships Banyoles 2004, SportAccord Madrid 2003,Olympic Bid Madrid 2012, Mediterranean Games Almeria 2005, World Cup Rowing Banyoles 2009, Davis Cup Final Barcelona 2009, World Sailing Championships Santander 2004, Euro league Final Four Barcelona 2011, World Handball Championships Spain 2013 etc.
Since 1995 he collaborates with the Summa Sports group, planning and directing sport events, preparing candidates’dossiers, developing master plans and human resources plans as well as working at external relations and protocol.
He is an expert teacher and public schools director. He is professor contributor at the Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná (Brasil), at the ICE Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, at the Universidad de Castilla La Mancha and at the Barcelona School of Management, Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
He has a degree in Business Administration and Innovation Management (University School of Maresme, Pompeu Fabra University) and a master’s degree in Sport Centers Management and Direction at the Barcelona School of Management, IDEC, Pompeu Fabra University.
Linked to the federative sport. He has experience in the business sector in national and international companies as well as in the sports business. He has worked in the organization of logistics of international sports events like the FIBA World Cup 2014.
In 2014, he joined Neda el Món organization, an open water swimming Project where he manages its promotion to their clients and sponsors.

Diogo has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law by the Cândido Mendes University in Rio de Janeiro, a postgraduate specialization in Sports business and Management by FIA in São Paulo and a Master in Sports Management and Direction by Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona School of management).
With a great experience working as a lawyer in Brazil, Diogo specialized himself in the Sports Business, having worked at Interfootball Management, agency responsible for managing the career of important football players such as David Silva and Santi Cazorla.
Back to Brazil as Commercial Manager at Effect Sport, one of the most important sports marketing agency in the country, Diogo also joined our team to increase the presence of SportsMol in Brazil.

He has a Bachelor degree in Marketing and International Commerce (Universidad Rafael Landivar) and a Master in Sports Management at Barcelona School of Management, IDEC, Pompeu Fabra University.
Linked to federative sports first as a player, he has worked planning, organising and directing small as well as important national and international sport events such as: ATP Challenger Gatorade Open, ITF World Junior Tournaments, National Tennis Rankings, V Golf Tournament Rotary Club, FIFA Futsal World Championship 2000, IAAF World Junior Championships 2012, Juventus Camp Guatemala 2014, Lima 2014 and Quetzaltenango 2014, Boca Juniors Camp Guatemala 2014, VI Futsal Women´s World Cup 2015, Barcelona Zurich Marathon 2012 and 2016.
In 2015 he founded Sports Agents 502, a Sports Marketing Company dedicated to the legal y commercial representation of athletes, companies and events from EMEA to LATAM.
Nowadays he works as country representative for Johan Cruyff Institute in Guatemala and El Salvador, cofounder of the Sports Marketing Association of Guatemala and he works too in Sports Economics Research Projects in Sports Lab, Pompeu Fabra University.

Álvaro has a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertisement with a Marketing Mention by the Universidad del Desarrollo in Santiago, Chile ; a Master Degree in Applied Marketing in the Universidad del Desarrollo in Santiago, Chile and a Master in Sports Management and Direction by Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona School of Management), Barcelona, Spain.
With extensive experience working as a Marketing expert in Chile, Álvaro specialized himself in the Sports Business, having worked for Piscinas Municipales (Municipal Swimming Pools) de L´Hospitalet de Llobregat and also business opportunities consultant for different sports centers in Barcelona, Spain.
Currently in Chile, Álvaro joined the staff of Sport Mol Consulting to increase the presence of SportsMol in Chile and proximities.
Degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona. Top grade of piano, music theory, acoustics and harmony by the Liceu Conservatory of Music.
Despite having an education in economics and music, she has always been professionally dedicated to the IT field. From 2003 to 2010 was part of the IT team of the Swedish multinational Hennes & Mauritz, giving IT support to over 150 stores, making software migrations, testing new applications and planning and installing infrastructure and hardware in the new company stores in Spain, Portugal and Greece.
In 2010 she founded the web development company Buclenet IT Systems, which has developed projects as the website for the 23rd IHF Men's World Championship Handball Spain 2013.
In 2011 she entered the Neda el Món organisation, an open water swimming project, where she is resposible for communication, web content and social media.
Senior Telecommunications Engineer by the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. Expert at .Net programming, databases and business intelligence solutions.
He worked as a freelance developer during 5 years for different companies of the software field, implementing custom developed solutions and company management software integrations.
In 2010 he founded the web development company Buclenet IT Systems, which has developed projects as the website for the 23rd IHF Men's World Championship Handball Spain 2013.
